sheSELLS is a female-led agency based in Melbourne’s inner north, founded by Jodie J Hill.

Jodie came into real estate in 2015 and saw quickly how much of it runs on scripts, spin and safe bets.
Same approach, different houses. Not much care for the people in the middle of it.

So she started her own thing. Less bravado. More heart.

About Jodie

Jodie’s spent years working crowds
– on stage, on radio, on the mic.
Comedy, emceeing and auctioneering.

She knows how to read a room.
It’s the same skill she brings to every sale.

Where it started.

Jodie’s dad, Crawford Hill, ran his own agency. Played professional golf. Took art as payment. Loved the work, loved the people. Did things his own way.

Jodie grew up around Real Estate. She came back to it later, after years in comedy and media, and built something that doesn’t just follow the rules.
